Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, with proper notice. Cancel up to 14 days before your scheduled appointment for a complete refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit, though the remaining balance is never charged. We recommend booking early and keeping your calendar clear.
What safety protocols are in place?
Your safety is paramount. All equipment is sanitized between sessions, fresh linens are used for every client, and the space is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
